Rest Day

I've come to understand that an easy two to six mile run with a half hour of stretching can be MUCH better than a day off.  Lots of snow shoveling this week has brought some discomfort to my lower back.  But my easy workout today made it all better!

    I came to running about thirty years ago.  At the time, I thought it was late in life...I was about to turn thirty.  I've had many triumphs and disappointments since then, but running seems to have always been the core element of my existence.
